CNC Machining
Our shop is equipped with two 3-Axis CNC Mills, offering X=24”, Y=14”, and Z=18” travels. These machines are designed to handle precision machining tasks with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
Lathe Machines
We currently have two 2-Axis Lathes, with a maximum working diameter of 10”. Additionally, we are in the process of acquiring a third lathe to further enhance our capabilities. One of our featured machines is the Haas SL-10, renowned for its reliability and performance.
Quality Inspection
Our shop boasts full inspection capabilities to ensure the highest standards of quality. Key inspection tools include:
- Optical Comparator for precise measurement verification.
- Trimos Height Gauge for dimensional accuracy.
- A comprehensive range of basic hand tools, such as gauge pins, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and thread gauges.
